  I started using LJ Hooker Edge Hill after having many troubles with Elite Cairns. LJ Hooker has been managing two of my rental properties the last three years, and I have been very happy with their service. Both Amanda and Cindy are very professional, and they always respond my queries promptly. They put the client's interest first, and provide advice based on their good local knowledge. I highly recommend LJ Hooker Edge Hill for managing rental properties.

  I have had a very positive experience with LJ Hooker Edge Hill. Over the past four and a half years, I have found the staff helpful, friendly and efficient. Kirah-Leigh Ryan has been my property manager for the most part and I have been very impressed with her professionalism and dedication. I would recommend this agency without hesitation.

  This is a professional real estate agent! All issues will be dealt with in good time, inspections take place in good time, the paperwork is in line with promises and their subsequent actions. You get what you sign - a good service and an open ear. We were given all the required information prior to the move in and were not disappointed. I recommend signing a lease through this agent. The Property Investment Manager was always helpful and replied to all requests respectfully and promptly.

  We sold our investment property with LJ Hooker Edge Hill after using them happily for many years as our property managers. They were amazing throughout the whole process keeping us up to date with developments and feedback. The whole team was very professional, friendly, helpful and supportive.   Stay away!! property management changed 3 times within 2 years without introduction of the new manager, emails been ignored for weeks, routine inspections not done (to my knowledge only 2 in 2years at one of my properties) Repairs have been delayed for weeks as the tradesman didn't get my "go ahead' through the agent. When tenants changed I was only given the option between 2 although I know (afterwards) that there was more interest. Another open house cancelled (without informing the prepared current tenant) after they had those 2 interested parties. The list goes on and on... rather unprofessional...
