  We would like to thank you very much for the enormous personal effort and efficient sale campaign you used to sell our house.In just a week of advertising on the internet, in your office, letterbox drops, text messages, one add in the Cairns Post, and a weekend open house, you found 4 prospective buyers. Thanks to your personal effort, the cost of the campaign was markedly less than what we were quoted by other agents. It was important for us, that the new owners would value the family home we have treasured for 50 years, and that they would blend in with the neighbours. It seems that has been achieved, and we are very grateful.

  I joined a shared lease a few months ago and went to the Professionals Edge Hill simply to get myself added onto the bond and lease paperwork. Due to no fault of my own and an issue with the previous tenant I was verbally assaulted and threatened by their agent Adriana. She kept trying to blame me for decisions made by previous tenants and told me I was being a total nuisance. I hate to point out it is her JOB to deal with tenant disputes (which weren't even mine!) all I wanted to do was get myself added to a lease! Her customer service is truly so appalling and she has zero patience or understanding of people. I am no longer renting through the Professionals and advise any homeowners thinking of leasing through them to reconsider as this is how they treat your tenants.

  I am extremely disappointed with Professionals Edge Hill. I am a tentant and would like to warn people about the bad service that I have encounted with "Professionals". I ALWAYS find it difficult to contact their office and never receive return phone calls. I regularly find the agents to be rude and unhelpful. I know this is only one review, but to me .. one bad review is enough warning. If you can help it, go with a different real estate!
